Yes, we require a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the house, and it will be returned within a few days after your stay — provided there’s no damage.

Yes, we allow free cancellation up to a certain number of days before your stay. Each house may have a different cancellation window — check before booking or contact us if you’re unsure.

We’re just a call or WhatsApp message away. If anything goes wrong — power, water, Wi-Fi, etc. — we’ll respond quickly and get it sorted.

Yes, you can book on behalf of a friend, family member, or colleague. Just make sure you include their name and contact number during the booking process.
